Ooo!  I almost forgot that I did have a post
awhile back about markings for American cels too
which I discovered when I bought some Smurf cels.
Sigh, a couple of my poor Smurf cels are NAKED
because I haven't had the chance to buy some of
those bigger cel bags though 8(!  They're turning
BLUE from the cold ;)!
