I don't have this model, but my old UMAX scanner 
is pretty good for the price.  Bottom line is how 
you scan the cel, I found many different models 
of scanners produce similar results, especially 
after you shrink down the image size after 
scanning in high resolution.  A hundred buck 
scanner is good enough for scanning cels.
