The vast majority of the mini-goddess
show is done with CG.  Cels are only used
for parts that need a "hand painted" look...
like, oh, if you've ever seen Fushigi Yuugi,
you'll notice that nearly every episode ends
with a scene that looks like a painted
picture rather than animation.  Thus, 
Mini Goddess cels are hard to find, and are
generally large vertical pan cels of Urd.
