 Most Esca cels aren't cheap-_- The very
few I have in my collection ran well up
into the hundreds.

Rarer characters like Gaddess, Dryden,
Folken, can run in the price range 
of about:

Gaddess: $20.00-$300
Dryden:  $250 
Folken:  $50.00-$500  (without wings)
Dilandau: $150.00-$300 
Cat sisters: $150.00-$300 

These are just what I have seen cels
go for, I could be completely off base.
 I would guess the most common characters 
would be Hitomi, Millerna, Allen, and Van, 
though prices seem to be lower only for 
poor shots.

Hitomi: $10-$200 
Millerna: $30-$150
Allen: $50-$200 
Van: $10.00-$300

 Folken with wings are the most expensive,
and by by far the rarest. I've been searching
for one for almost three years now, and the
prices I would imagine for something half
decent would run up over $1000. 
Like I said above, there are more Van 
cels out there,
though the prices I have seen can go anywhere
from $10.00 for a little tiny image up to
$800.00 for a movie cel. You just have to
shop around.
