Help! 

I was looking around and I saw my DREAM CEL (not 
a wishlist...the ONE!!!) ..(No I wont say what 
but trust me it was my holy grail) Only it was on 
a private collectors site..
and it doesnt look like its for sale.

I need to know if I made an offer ( I really want 
to make one) If you think it would be rude.

It doesnt say if an offer would be turned down 
right away so dont even ask..but that doesnt mean 
anything.

I gotta try..but I thought you guys could give 
advice on how to go about asking without seeming 
like a jerk...Or getting skinned alive..
