I hardly think I'd say that knowing the prices on
something she buys is a bad thing. It makes her
an informed customer who isn't going to shell out
way too much money for something she could find
much cheaper. I don't exactly think it's
stretching too far to say that's a pretty *good*
thing.
And as for mentioning the prices...well, if you
don't appreciate it, then why not do the polite
thing and keep your mouth shut? Personally, I
appreciated it quite a bit. While I honestly
can't afford the cels for what the fellow's
asking right now, I admit I was interested; and
now that I know that such cels could be found at
lower prices--now *I'm* an informed consumer.
And I like that. ^_^
"Let the buyer beware" doesn't have to mean that
you can't hear a little advice from people who
know, every once in a while. I prefer to benefit
from the knowledge of others, rather than make a
big mistake and line the pockets of somebody
who's just out to make a buck by selling
something that people could've bought much
cheaper. I'm not against people making a little
profit in the world of business, but nor am I
fond of getting myself ripped off.
Just my view on things..
