It's standard paper sizes in nearly the whole
world except USA...
A4 is 21 x 29,7 cm. It probably won't be big
enough for a regular cel : you need A4 wide.
A3 is two times A4. A2 is two time A3 (or 4 times
A4). A3 is large enough for nearly all cels
with background. But the exact size of most
cels with background is B4. (between A4 and A3)
