Han was VERY quick with e-mail replies.  
Turnaround time from when I sent my money and got 
my cel was TWO WEEKS!  I was very pleased this 
time around.  This transaction was only last 
month.  I think he has really listened to the 
feedback on the forum & is working to improve his 
service.

(btw:  I LOVE MY CEL! ^_^)
