yeah... I was seriously thinking about bidding on 
a cel a few weeks ago, and then they closed the 
auction out for much lower than what I would have 
paid.  It's funny, often ebay bidders (like me) 
will wait until later in the auction to bid, than 
bidding right away. I like to mull it over, as 
well as watch the auction price before I bid.  Or 
I may have already decided to bid but am waiting 
till later to bid ANYWAY.

Some sellers by closing an auction early are 
cheating themselves out of alot of money...

I also agree with what has already been said, ie, 
that you should offer the high bidder a chance to 
match the offer you got, you never know how high 
someone may be willing to bid. ^_^
