Please don't worry, they usually really good with 
replies, they must be very busy or maybe an 
emergency came up. Just give it a few more days 
and I'm sure you should get a reply.
Since the holiday's they might be not able to 
reply to their e-mails, because they not in town 
and after the holidays they start to reply to all 
they got during the holiday season.
