I just KNOW the answer to this is going to be 
something everyone else is already very much 
aware of but....I've just started checking out 
CCS cels. 

So what's up with the BG's? Why are they so rare? 
I've only seen one gallery with any backgrounds, 
and he made a pretty big deal out of the fact 
that they were authentic. 

Anywho, just curious. ^_^
