Has this auction been bid on? If an auction on 
Yahoo Japan receives no bids, often it is 
repeatedly relisted until it does receive a bid. 
Sometimes seemingly unto infinity. ^_^;;

If it's not bid on, maybe it will be relisted 
until Celga comes back. (I don't know when 
they're reopening to non-previous customers.)

Barring that. . . . Perhaps if there is a 
Japanese cel dealer that you are "close" to, you 
might offer them a commission to bid on it. I 
don't know that is too common, but it can't hurt 
to try! ^_^
