Hello,
I purchased 4 Hokuto no Ken cels a few weeks ago 
for a friend who lives in the US. The fact is 
that they don't really take the orders seriously 
when you "just" fill in their form on the secured 
site !! I had to phone them at least 7 or 8 times 
and place the order by credit card 2 more times 
before they send the cels. I also live in France 
so it wasn't really a problem, but I imagine that 
it's gonna be hard (and expensive) if you're in 
another country and don't speak French.
I phoned so much times that the guy on the phone 
finally gave me the "personal" email address of 
the guy who deals with the internet orders. I 
sent him an email and the next day the problem 
was solved. So my advice is to explain your 
problem here, hoping that he speaks english:
