Politness ? Ethics ? What does it costs to
ask if we can copy the work of someone else ?
If you get "no" as an answer and still do it
then you should ask yourself what value you put
to it and not ask others... I mean, it's only
the person that doesn't ask or go against the
will of the owner that put a value to such things.
Else you would respect the choise of the owner...

Also, it's not much fun to invest a lot of time
and work to do a website to have someone else 
copying it. Can't they do anything original 
themself ? Seems not...

Perhaps you don't realize it but taking the 
picture of a cel is not the real problem...
