I don't have an answer for you. That is a little 
weird. Maybe the seller is taking advantage of 
that YJ DBZ craze that was mentioned in an 
earlier post. 

Maybe the seller doesn't realize that many of the 
people who are bidding so high on YJ DBZ cels are 
from the US. Although there have been a few 
frequent high bids by names other than the half a 
dozen or so I know that are middle men. 

Isis_unveiled comes to mind. Dunno, they could be 
American too. 

And didn't the person who sold it on Ebay 
advertise here? Maybe they can answer the 
question.
