Hi ^_^

I ordered something from a French-speaking 
website recently, and they charged my VISA card. 
However, they have not sent me notification that 
the cel is on it's way. I thought that they had, 
but the number they gave me seems to be a phone 
number and not a shipping number. I can only read 
and write limited French, so I was hoping there 
was someone on here that could assist me in 
trying to figure out what's going on with this 
site.
