Not everyone sees the buy price. If it goes over, 
then too bad for the people who missed out and 
were willing to pay that much. It has nothing to 
do with the people who "jack up" the auction. And 
not everyone chooses to wait until the last 
minute to bid on a cel. Often times, I'll wait 
toward the end, and if it's still in my range, 
I'll bid. And will not watch the end. It's just 
way to tempting to spend that extra $50 or so 
when you sit there, pressing refresh, 
watching "your" cel slip away. This way, I stick 
to the original price I was willing to pay.
