Woops! Anyway....as someone on usenet said about 
it, Kazamakase Tsukikage Ran is similar to how 
the Rurouni Kenshin TV series was before it 
became serious.

The Kazemakase Tsukikage Ran page on the Anime 
Web Turnpike says that "Kazemakase" 
means "carried by the wind" or "going where the 
wind blows".

It's mostly a light-hearted kind of show.
