Animegame.com states; "I am always willing to pay 
the very maximum for the very best, primo shots 
(character must be look forward, close up shot, 
mouth must be closed)"
 I'd go a little further and say character should 
be close up and centered, no serious line fading 
or repainting is "a given". What are the cels 
actions? (how about the Trunks cel with both 
hands together, palms out; whos got that one?) An 
open mouth is O.K. if it is in context with good 
facial expression ie...emotion (firing up). 
Colors are very big with me, especially the 
contrast between the yellow 'Ki' and blue 
background or Saiyan armor. A rare cel is a rare 
cel but a beautiful rare cel is a work of art. 
Kind of like a $3700 Trunks...Don't you 
think?
