They did release cels because I have one of kim, 
and yuriko. As for how come they are so ahrd to 
find I am not exactly sure why. It could be 
because it is an older series, and probably didnt 
have a huge fan following. Thats just a guess 
though.

I know Excel anime has a few cels for sell, but 
they are down untill sometime in mid Feb. 
www.anime-taro.com also carries quite a lot of 
douga "pencil sketches", and a few nice, but 
spendy cels of Azalyn which seems to be the only 
cels of the series that go for a good chunk of 
change.. I haven't looked at their tylor section 
lately, but I think they probably sitll have some 
cels.
