No, genga drawing doesn't look that way. It
looks like one of those extra drawing made
before/with the douga.
But an hanken cel doesn't have such drawing
usualy as there is no "scene layout" to show
and not many people working on the same picture.
If it's not hand-inked, you will have a douga
but it would only have the black lines and
no kind of shading.
Also, whatever douga or genga, it wouldn't be
on that kind of paper.
