The problem with making an animated computer
image out of the cel sequence is that the 
thing is so darned BIG... I'd have to scan 
each frame (18 frames) at 3 times each and then
paste each scan together to make the 18 large
images... the lines would show a bit, but the
problem (I think) is that several of the scans
are bound to not line up well enough to make a 
smooth moving picture...  Also, I don't know
if I'm patient enough to sit through 54 scans
and paste them all together and THEN try to
work out the animated .gif...

When it comes to making movie files from the
actual show: I don't know how, I doubt I have
the hardware, and my website provider prohibits
me from hosting anything copyright on my
site anyway (they've erased my site and suspended
me before for Sailor Moon pictures... those people
need a hobby...)
