Cel #1 is of Mihoshi and Kiyone from Shin Tenchi 
(Tenchi in Tokyo; 2nd TV series) Episode 20.  
Ryoko realized that Mihoshi and Kiyone were 
working undercover for the Galaxy Police by 
posing as space pirates, so Ryoko made them do 
odd jobs like 'laundry'.

I believe #5 is Pixy Misa from Pretty Sammy, but 
I don't know if it's from the PS OVA or TV series.
