Well, considering my cel collection comes to a 
grant total of (drum roll please) SIX, not bad at 
all.  I got frames and matting for each cel at 
ten dollars.  I got the cheep, cheep frames on 
sale at six bucks each (simple silver 11 x14 
frames).  And the matting (with a 8x10 area for 
cel image, I find this size works well with my 
cels) was 3-4 dollars each.  Of course the UV 
protected glass was an extra 13 bucks a frame 
(ouch!  I'll keep my shades drawn thank you very 
much).
