I won't make you any promises, but I've seen a 
few translation engines use "There is no 
animation" as a translation for 動画じゃない。 
(douga ja nai), meaning that there is no douga.

Please, if you're unsure, enlist the help of a 
deputy service.  I mean, you're taking my word 
for it; who knows if it's an auction that 
states, "you're not bidding on a real cel, but a 
photocopy of one, enjoy!"
