Quite a few cels added today, including a Nappa & 
Vegeta cel I am very proud of ... a nice Raditz 
too.  Almost every section has a new cel in it.

"Available" page is up now.  I may add a couple 
more to that section tonight, but need to break 
for some dinner now.
