Yes, she's in the pink dress.  And yes, she has
white hair and yellow eyes.  However, the art
style is a bit different from Part I.  This cel
was used for a scene in Part II where an old Eve
recording is playing on the VCR.  Part II didn't
recycle any footage from Part I, as far as I know.
I've seen MZ23 (the original) literally dozens
of times.
