actually if Snakeskii was refering to actual Citidel Paints
then they are made of a medium viscosity acrylic so that 
would work just as well as anything I suppose... they do 
have a nice selection of color, but I do think they would 
be more expensive than regular art colors, although they do
have more paint than the Testors Enamels you were thinking 
of....
