I just got an oversize James cel (with background)
from ebay (Yippeee!!!:)) and I was wondering how 
rare they are. I've read something about Pokemon 
cels not being officially released- is that true?

PS -Does anyone have any cels for sale that 
include all of Team Rocket (or know where some 
are)? Anytime I see one on a site it's already 
sold. (Same seems to go for any good cels of 
Koinosuke from Jubei-chan!:P)
