Ok, I've calmed down a bit on my cel buying spree, but I'm 
sure it won't last.  However, I want to save up some of my 
money for Otakon - if its worth it.

My questions: 

Are there are a lot of cels/cel dealers at the dealers 
rooms at cons?  

How does the price/selection compare to what I can find 
from dealers on the web? (ex: will I finally find a good cel of Tamahome w/ ponytail showing)(I have a weakness for 
real and anime guys with long hair/ponytails!!)

How much of a mad rush will there be?  Should I be waiting 
around in line, or will there still be good selection later?

Any help from those who have been to Otakon, specifically,
in the past will be greatly appreciated!!
