I think *my* problem with going with the high bid when a 
reserve isn't met, is that a lot of people - me, for 
instance - won't bid on an item if they won't pay the 
reserve, but they may have been the highest bidder without a
reserve.  Of course its the sellers choice and right to do
what they want, but I know it turns me off as a bidder.
