Actually, I have been using the higher quality Life magazine bags for just that reason, but I do seal the bags. Sealing the cels in the bags (but not across the whole length of the opening) is better than having them exposed to the air here in South Louisiana. There is so much more moisture in the air than in the cel bags.

Another thing to help is to buy the cel books from Japan. I think Usagi's House still has some cheap ones. I bag the cels, then put them in the books.

Oh, and another tip from an animation master, Miya-sama always puts plastic sheets between layers of his cels. ^_^ So, Casshan will live on forever!
