Mine is an OP cel too.
(and it's a worse case than yours because it's not even
animated AT ALL)
It's the scene in the second OP of Gundam Wing (Rythm
Emotion) where you see Heero sitting down on a ruined
wall in a colony and you can see the city in shambles
behind him. You don't even see his face, but this shot
is so emotionaly poignant...

It's always nice to read about people who find their
dream cels though. Makes you think... maybe one day!
