OK - so that only means that they aren't taking any new 
customers, is that right?   I got the idea that their was 
some big controversy about them, but it looks pretty 
simple.  Its frustrating though, knowing there's cels for 
sale out there that I can't buy, and not just cause they 
aren't local, or aren't on the net.  Not that I'm bitching, 
but just whistful.
