OK - this isn't really cel related, except that it came up 
after talking about my cels, but it is anime related....

This is mainly for Sailor Moon fans - as you know, all the 
sailors, including Galaxia's "evil" sailors and the 
Starlights (but not all the phage sailors) are female. Well,
my friends young daughter is a BIG Cartoon Network Sailor 
Moon (which is very different from the real Sailor Moon!!) 
fan, so they're sorta up on the series, albeit with the 
American names.  They asked why there wasn't a Sailor Earth
- I explained that in the 5th season (I've only seen 3rd 
and 5th seasons) they explain that "Darien" is the 
protector of the earth - and that he was "sort of a male 
version of a Sailor" ... and all of a sudden my friends 
burst out laughing, and I couldn't figure out why for a 
moment or two.

*I* knew that I meant SM "Sailor" with a capital S, and I'd
bet that all of you SM fans reading this understood what I 
meant, but I guess the rest of the world doesn't think in
terms of Sailor Moon.  Go back and read what I said, and 
you'll understand why they laughed so hard, and why one 
friend said that my statement would've upset most of the 
Navy!

Also - for whoever it was who had a co-worker yell out "You
must be into hentai" (or something to that effect), they did
also ask me what the difference was between anime and 
hentai.  Why do people get these confused?  They seem to me
to be 2 words that wouldn't easily get mixed-up.
