It was in Ash's collection (she wouldn't sell it, can you 
blame her?  That cel is GORGEOUS...) when she had her
gallery up before... don't know if it's up now... Mephisto
is such a babe...=)

Anime Asylum had one or two cels from Shinjuku... I know
Usagi's House did at one point, but they're probably
long gone...
