The tickets will never sell-out, but depending on the line, you may have to wait 1 to few hours to buy the ticket there.
Definitely, you have to drop by to AX, most of the major 
anime cel dealers from around the US will be there.  Be sure
to bring more bucks to fill your wallet.  Plus be sure to
attend the cel collector meeting to meet many fellow 
collectors.
