Well, everyone has been warned many many times on this 
forum.  Mangaya can take up to 3 months or more.  That is 
usual for them.  I have never heard of anyone getting their 
cels from them within a month. 

People keep saying things like: I read all the postings, 
but they had this great cel and I just couldn't resist so 
I'm gonna take my chances...

And then a month or two later they are all on the forum 
complaining that they haven't gotten their cels and are all 
worried.

This is not meant as an attack and for people to respond 
with their personal situation, but I just think it is very 
odd that many people ask about mangaya  on this forum, get 
the info that they take forever and generally suck, and 
then order anyway and then complain.

This does not go out only to the three people above - this 
is a year's worth of annoyance that has built up...
