I found a place in my area that sells the blank cels for animation.
They even have the registration holes and everything. They
couldn't help me with the paint though. What kind of paint
is used or what could act as a substitute paint? I was also
wondering how some of you are transfering the image to the
cel. Are you xeroxing it or drawing/painting it by hand?
