you know when I first got it I had to look Really close to 
even tell the lines were drawn on top of the cel... if they 
had finished the job I might never had known. It was done 
with an ink pen of some type but I'm not sure what it was 
exactly. Heh if none of the lines were done I wouldn't be 
nearly as upset... at least it'd be in original condition.

I'll give the new acetate layer a shot... any suggestions 
as to where I might pick some up (I've never looked)
