I purchased this cel not too long ago thinking it might be one
of those pierrot 20th aniversary cels...but thing is that it has
no stamp..now im not going to question about its authenticity
in case I offend anybody about it..but I dont know what it is!!

So some help to explain this to me would be greatly appreciated....!
