Yeah...the person who answered the message was really rude.
(And though I can't understand why a shop would be so 
bothered about having *too much* customers until they had to
change their URL, we can't do anything about it right? ~.~)

Well, what I have to say is, I *DON'T* like Pocket's way of
doing business. Even if they gave out their URL right now, I
don't think I would deal with them. They suck.
