Your best bet is actually to find someone who has dealt with
Hayashi before, and place a joint order/get the person
to order for you.  Hayashi speaks no English, and so she
generally only accepts international orders from people with
whom she's dealt before, but occasionally will take new
customers.  If I'm not mistaken she can conduct transactions
via Japanese transliterated into romaji, if that's any help
to you.  I've placed an order with her through another friend
before, and had excellent results (cels arrived quickly and
were packaged nicely).
