IIRC that anime world star only to international orders for dealers
who are buying huge amounts of cels
i am beginning to think that if i ever gain employment i will
have to invest in becoming a dealer...if only so we can all
get the cels we want. *grin*
soemthing like on ebay where if you bid you are contractually
bound or summat... or rather, if you ask for a cel you have to pay
for it...
*sigh*
it will be many years before i am employed tho ;/
well at any reasonable wage
