I'll probably be carrying my cel book around all day the day
of the cel meeting, because the hotel we're staying at is
a little far off (we couldn't book a hotel room ;_;) and I
won't be able to go back and get them. It might be a good
idea to keep them with me when I go shopping so I can put
any cels I buy in the book right away (so they won't get 
damaged).

If you leave them in your suitcase or wherever you keep 
you clothes, the maids shouldn't even see them. Last year I
left my Vejita plushie out on my bed when I left and I came
back to find the bed made and straightened and Veggie neatly
propped up against the pillow. O_o
