No, they aren't hanken...they are just repros.  
The hanken would be the one of a kind cel 
that was actually used for merchandise 
or something similar.  I bet that the 
repro cels were made by looking at 
the real hanken cel though.  :dead:  I really
hope that they make normal reproduction
cels for AnC that are produced in greater
quantities so that they will be cheaper!  Aiee!
When I heard that AnC TV was being made,
I was looking forward to getting a reproduction
cel.
