Asylum Anime will be there, too and with some new cels.

Maybe you are referring to Rick Alonso of Anime Link? He
DOES have some very nice cels. His cels are expensive, but
most are really top quality and he does have a bargain bin.
I saw him at Anime Expo (he was also at Katsucon) and 
almost bought some from him. But I waited too
long and the one I was considering was sold.
