Ranma cels are usually fairly affordable.
But the average asking price for Shampoo
cels seems to be at leat $100. I've
been trying to figure it out, and it looks
like it's just a case of charge what people
will pay. I saw a Shampoo cel that was priced
at 10 times what an Akane cel was priced and they
appeared to be from the same sequence. The size 
and position of the characters was nearly identical.
Any Ranma fans out there who know the reason for
high priced Shampoo cels?
