I remember that somebody was looking for yoma cels awhile
ago, but i don't remember who.  I was unable to scan the entire cel, but you can see the character with no problems.
The image is 4"x6.5".  It does come with a pencil, and the only problem is that at one time it was stuck to the pencil.  
Evidence of this is that a tiny amount of paint is missing from some strands of hair, and the paint is on the pencil.
