I don't know that much about Genga, though I do like them. 
However, my opinion would be to definitely offer them to the
person who has the cel. I would love to have the Genga and
Douga to all of my cels - it obviously isn't gonna happen, 
but I would definitely be interested in buying the Genga to
any cel I own.
